Dr. Philip Reagan is an established orthopaedic surgeon in the private sector with a distinguished career of more than 30 years. He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Reagan now resides over the pond in Surrey UK, where he owns his own private practice.
